Beer

Since this website was started I have tasted more beers than I ever thought I would try.  Some good, some bad, some awful, and some just great.  I have come to really appreciate a good refreshing beer, and not just for the alcohol it contains.

I appreciate the taste, yea some taste like damnit, but some smooth and crisp.  I like that no beer is like another.  They pick some people up when they are down and they help some people stay down where they want to be anyway.  All and all nothing beats an ice cold brew.

Plato once said,"He was a wise man who invented beer."   I will most definitely agree with this.  So this post goes out to that man who indeed did invent beer.  You are a great man will forever hold a place in my heart and my fridge.
