Budwieser American Ale

If you are like me you can't wait to get your hands on this beer. I keep seeing the commercails for this  Ale and they say coming in September. So after days of bugging my local beer guy. I finally remebered to check the website, and Bud has on their site September 15th for a realese date. As some of you might know by now I am a big fan of ambers. So when I saw this new Bud commercial I had to have it. Now I did see a review from a guy that says he tasted it:http://tinyurl.com/6xdj7k and he says he loved it. But he did have this "you won't believe it but I actually liked a Bud" mentallity. I happen to drink Bud Light most of the time and was a little enoyed by that but other than that it was a short but good review. I will have my video review up the minute it hits my local store!!

That is a great review now I really can't wait to try it!!

The Beersucker crew got a

The Beersucker crew got a hold of these puppies yesterday (9/18/08), and we were very pleased with Budweiser's attempt at an ale...It had a nice hoppy, malty smell, not unlike most of the pale ales I've tried... It taste great but it left a somewhat grapefruit tasting finish on the back of my toungue that seemed to linger and linger...Other than that, I enjoyed the spew..My cohorts LOVED it..! It has an caramel/amber color, and pours with a nice head that laces down the glass as you drink it...WIth an A.B.V. of 5.3% and an I.B.U. of 28, it fits in nicely with the other pale ales on the market today..I think it will open doors to people who drink Budweiser only to experiment with different types of beer..
At about $6.50 a six pack, it won't bust your wallet to give it a try..The bang for the buck has earned it a permanent place in the standby fridge at beersucker studios..As soon as it hits your area, give it a try; if it hasn't shown up on your favorite vendor's shelves yet, have your clerk place an order...I've got a feeling this beer will quickly become a favorite of many Budweiser fans...

I don't have a whole lot of

I don't have a whole lot of interest in this beer.. seems to be a lot of hype. I hope I'm wrong, it would be great see them make a good beer, but I'm sure it will dissapoint. Still no sign of it in upstate SC as of 9/16/08

Damn skippy Joe I am looking

Damn skippy Joe I am looking foward to the bud offering,I tried the other ones from AB but was not impressed. I think that the new management will help bring an old standby into the new age of craft brews that we are seeing now.
