The beersucker crew took beersucker.com on the road to a beer tasting in Greenwood, South Carolina. Damas and I had the opportunity to attend the event which was hosted by Connect YP, which is the young professionals division of the Chamber of Commerce in Greenwood. We were offered six different beers at the event, all which we had never tasted. Every beer was different from the rest and most were high in alcohol content.
Well the brewers in G-Vegas have hit the jackpot with their Appalachian Ale. Thomas Creek Appalachian Ale is one of my top choices of brews. A nice amber color when poured with a nice crisp smooth taste and a full body. Thomas Creek is fast becoming one of my favorite micro brews available to buy.

Now the following post is probably going to piss some of the beersuckers off, but this is strictly my opinion. I picked one of the big dogs, Double Dog Pale Ale, from the Flying Dog Brewery the other day
Since this website was started I have tasted more beers than I ever thought I would try. Some good, some bad, some awful, and some just great. I have come to really appreciate a good refreshing beer, and not just for the alcohol it contains.
